RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.
Mizz Boot Bola accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All items being returned are unworn in original condition, with all original packaging.
To begin your return please fill out the following form. Once you have entered your email, it will initiate the return process, once completed, we will provide you with a printable shipping return label. Only include the item(s) you purchased from Mizz Boot Bola. Once we have received your product, we will begin the return process which will be credited to the original form of payment. A $8.00 restocking fee will be applied.
WARRANTY
Mizz Boot Bola offers a 6-month warranty in the event of a manufacturers of an oversight by our manufacturer resulting in a defect. Please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you. If you need any further assistance, please contact us using the following form.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Mizz Boot Bola ships via the USPS, so no matter if your product is going to a physical address or a PO box, you can feel confident that it will arrive. As soon as your order is processed and it has been checked quality control checked thoroughly, we will begin the shipping process. Most orders will be processed within the week and sent. Once shipped, the shipping time is between 5-7 days depending on where in the contiguous United States you reside.
Expected arrival dates are not guaranteed due to carrier delays and apply to contiguous U.S.
WHOLESALE TERMS
Order Method: Orders may be obtained by filling out a Retail Partnership application at our website located in the “Retail Partnership” page. Once the application has been reviewed, a member of our marketing team will guide you through the ordering process and assign you a log in and password for future ordering convenience.
PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS: Order Terms MOQ • Minimum wholesale order: 40 units of boot bolas • Price break at 100 units (towards display) • Wholesale unit price: (Detailed on product pages) • Buyer must sell the product at Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or higher at the discretion of the buyer. Buyer may not sell the product for less than MSRP. • MIZZ BOOT BOLA REQUIRES THAT ALL MERCHANDISE BE DISPLAYED ONLY ON COMPANY ISSUED DISPLAYS.
Payment Terms: The Retail Partner agrees to pay 50% payment of the total order at the time of ordering. The remainder of the payment will be collected (50%) upon shipment notification and a tracking number has been verified. The Retail Partner will receive a tracking number for the shipment. When the tracking number has been generated, the remainder of the balance will be paid by the credit card on file for the Retail Partner. The Retail Partner may opt for insurance.
Failure to pay the remaining 50% after 30 days of product completion will result in the deposit being forfeited.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: The Retail Partner will pay shipping and will have the option for insurance when placing the order.
FULLFILLMENT TIME: First time set up, orders will ship within 2 weeks. If a particular piece is on backorder, that piece will ship as soon as it is available.
